Grow Partnership Tennessee (GPT) is a 501(c)(3) organization advancing resilience in underserved Appalachian regions. We are strategically evolving into a targeted charitable foundation that seeds and scales local health initiatives through focused giving, deep partnerships, fundraising, and our flagship training program.

Our work is powered by a grassroots model that connects neighborhood efforts to broader systems, addressing the social and structural determinants of health. Through our Health, Equity, and Advocacy Training, GPT certifies local residents as Community Health Workers, creating a skilled workforce that strengthens and multiplies the impact of all our initiatives.
