We are evolving from a direct service provider into a strategic partner and capacity-builder for the nonprofits, grassroots groups, and social enterprises that are doing the hard, essential work on the ground.

 

At Grow Partnership Tennessee (GPT), we believe that true equality is built on a foundation of equity. Our mission is to address social disparities and promote sustainable development in urban areas of South-Central Appalachia by ensuring everyone has the resources and opportunities needed to succeed.

 

Driven by the understanding that equality cannot exist without equity, GPT is committed to breaking down systemic barriers and confronting the unique challenges faced by underserved communities. We focus on dismantling injustices and addressing the root causes that hinder health equity and social justice.

 

It blends advocacy, education, and community engagement to drive sustainable improvements and empower those we serve. We are committed not just to achieving equality but to ensuring that equity underpins every aspect of community health and success.
